During The Ellen DeGeneres Show Thursday, Chris Evans crept up on his Avengers: Age of Ultron co-star Scarlett Johansson, who was oblivious to his presence as she discussed working with the actor so often.
The surprise scare began when Ellen DeGeneres noted that Johansson is outnumbered by her male co-stars.
"There's a lot of guys," she said. "I mean, now we have [Elizabeth Olsen] and [Cobie Smulders] both in it, which is helpful.
Who will be the next victim of this prank on Ellen?I surround myself with like an army of women to kind of protect me against all the testosterone." Then, she joked, "We're talking about actors! They're very delicate."
"So they're not really men," DeGeneres joked.
